INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

It’s time to take care of you.

Let me guess…

You are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and unsure of the future.

Making relationship decisions, healing from the past, and/or going through life transitions can lead to a range of complex feelings. During individual sessions, I will provide you with a safe space to process your journey. We can work through feelings of anxiety and sadness and navigate feelings related to grief, trauma and complex PTSD. We will focus on meeting your needs.

I will guide you on your healing journey, helping you to feel heard and validated, gain insight and understanding, and learn new coping tools.

Life can feel different than the way it does today.
